Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. At our store, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our Olivos olive oil products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of our personal care products, we cannot accept returns for soaps or skincare items that have been opened or had their original seal broken for hygiene and safety reasons. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Opened personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you hasn’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@shopolivos.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged and we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrived damaged, please email us at hello@shopolivos.com with a photo of the item and we will arrange a replacement.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your item to: 2562 NC-710, Rowland, NC 28383, US.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
If you are returning items over a certain value, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
